The property portfolio in the Gothenburg region includes 20 properties geographically spread across the locations of Uddevalla, Trollhättan, Kungälv, Borås, Falkenberg, Varberg, and Halmstad. The lettable area is 182,000 sqm with an approximate property value of around 1.9 billion SEK.

We are now looking for a leasing agent for the entire Gothenburg region with experience in commercial properties. You will play an important role in identifying and creating new business opportunities throughout the region. As a leasing agent, you are an important representative for Nyfosa and often the first point of contact for tenants.

You will have an active presence in the market to find new tenants and create interest in Nyfosa and its vacant spaces. You will also work with your colleagues in property management to continuously develop vacant spaces to maximize their attractiveness in the market.

This includes identifying improvement and development measures in future vacant spaces and properties, as well as collaborating to develop, present, and market these in a way that attracts potential tenants to want to relocate their future office or business to us.

You will report to the regional manager and work from Nyfosa's pleasant office in Mölndal. Travel within the region will be part of your daily routine.

• Identify and proactively engage industries and target groups in the search for potential tenants.
• Drive the leasing process from vacancy to leased space within the Gothenburg region.
• Conduct needs analyses, shape offers, and present space solutions to potential tenants.
• Prepare documentation for lease offers and lease agreements, as well as various types of calculations, construction offers, or technical documentation.
• Prepare materials and information for sales materials. Marketing of vacant spaces in all relevant channels.
• Develop leasing and activity plans for your area of responsibility and, if necessary, conduct information and marketing activities.
• Create and develop a close and good relationship with tenant advisors, brokers, and other partners.

• You have relevant education from a university or college level with a focus on property economics, sales, marketing, or similar.
• You have several years of work experience in the real estate industry in a role as a leasing agent or in a role where you have indirectly built up knowledge about leasing commercial properties.
• You have experience in B2B sales.
• You are an experienced negotiator and possess a well-established network among companies, organizations, brokers, and tenant advisors.
• Good knowledge of rental law and management of lease agreements is an advantage. We also appreciate if you have an understanding of property economics and how leasing work affects property management and property valuations.
• A valid driver's license is required.
